抑郁障碍是以情感低落为主要临床表现的一组疾病的总称，临床症状可分为核心症状、心理症状群和躯体症状群。
①核心症状：心境低落、兴趣减退、快感缺失
②心理症候群：思维迟缓、认知功能损害、负性认知模式 自责自罪、自杀观念和行为 精神运动性迟滞或激越 焦虑、精神病性症状、自知力缺乏
③躯体症候群：睡眠障碍：表现形式多样，如入睡困难、早醒等 。自主神经功能紊乱症状，如头晕头痛，心悸等 进食紊乱、精力下降、性功能障碍。
Depressive disorder is the general name of a group of diseases with depression as the main clinical manifestation. The clinical symptoms can be divided into core symptoms, psychological symptoms and physical symptoms.

② Psychological syndrome: Thinking retardation, cognitive impairment, negative cognitive model, self blame and self sin, suicidal concept and behavior, psychomotor retardation or agitation anxiety, psychotic symptoms, lack of insight
③ Somatic syndrome: sleep disorder: various manifestations, such as difficulty falling asleep, waking up early, etc. Symptoms of autonomic nerve dysfunction, such as dizziness, headache, palpitation, eating disorder, decreased energy and sexual dysfunction.
